Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Configure and script on the ServiceNow platform, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripting to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Create and optimize workflows and orchestration processes within ServiceNow to automate routine tasks and streamline business processes.
• Develop and maintain the Service Catalog, including the creation of catalogue items, variables, and associated workflows to support IT and non-IT service requests.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide real-time insights into service management and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other team members, helping them effectively utilize ServiceNow features and functionalities.
• Perform day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage and prioritize incidents and tasks assigned to the group.
• Work directly with users to resolve Incidents and complete tasks within ServiceNow.
• Develop clear and concise technical and process knowledge articles for the team.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and overall compliance on the platform.
• Deploy code to the production environment.
• Work with developers on defects found in the platform.
• Assist in platform patching and upgrades.
• Develop reports and dashboards.
