Honeywell is hiring for the role of Senior IT Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Understand microservices architectures
- Understand and gain experience of cloud-native application design principles
- Assist with issues related to building Cloud infrastructures (AWS)
Requirements:
- Experience using and developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, JSON, Spring Boot
- Experience with event-based and message-driven distributed system
- Expert-level programming skills in Java
- Experience in the use of source code management systems like SVN, and GIT and building tools like Ant, maven, bamboo, automate, octopus etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree: BE/B.Tech and MCA
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years IT
- 2+ years of technical and functional experience in Microservices, AWS & APIGEE API
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and work experience in DevOps process to handle both build and support projects
- Good experience in systems integration using the DevOps model
- Prior hands-on experience in developing and deploying Microservices solutions on Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
