Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process insurance applications and policy transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify customer information for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance policies.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure smooth processing of insurance applications.
• Maintain updated knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of insurance processes and procedures.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and with empathy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma holders with at least 15 years of education
• Communication skills – should be able to read and interpret business documents and communicate in English language with the internal and external customers if required.
