Senior Infra & Site Reliability Engineer Job in Bangalore at Zeotap

Zeotap is hiring for the role of Senior Infra & Site Reliability Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• You participate in the product engineering design phase to define capacity and establish SLOs and business continuity.
• You implement infra tasks to achieve highly available solutions for business requirements
• You will design scalable systems and string foundational knowledge on any programming knowledge.
• You enable the installation, management, and maintenance of the CDP infrastructure of Zeotap.
• You ensure production is delivering performance, fault tolerance and high availability guarantees.
• You evaluate and generate and evaluate alternative solution concepts and architectures on the GCP cloud.
• You strategize infrastructure usage, scale and performance and continuously optimize for best cost/capacity benefits.
• You troubleshoot and solve production issues collaborating with engineering.
• You are responsible for incident and change management services.
• You ensure Zeotaps infosec controls are in order from a privacy and security perspective around any changes and new solutions.
• You adhere to Zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures. 
• You complete all the awareness training assigned on time  

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience spread across the internet and product companies.
• Hands-on in maintaining cloud infrastructure. GCP is the preferred mindset.
• Terraform experience is a plus. One scripting language is a must-have.
• Anyone NoSQL DB handling experience?
• Strong OS and networking/OSI knowledge including cloud networking concepts. Hands-on experience preferred.
• Hands-on exposure in the deployment of IPSEC tunnels especially intra-cloud.
• Understanding of Linux security controls like CIS benchmarks.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and its implementation.
