Senior HRIS Analyst – Oracle HCM Job at Argano

Argano is hiring for the role of Senior HRIS Analyst - Oracle HCM!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Administering and maintaining the global Oracle HCM system daily to include user licenses, application subscriptions, and refresh activities.
• Creating dashboards and custom reports utilizing SQL and Power BI.
• Maintaining and implementing multiple integrations including payroll, benefits, and downstream Argano systems including D365, Data Lake, and others.
• Overseeing security settings, user access controls, and data privacy compliance within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimization strategies to ensure optimal user experience and system efficiency.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, working closely with support teams and outside vendors if necessary.
• Coordinating and performing system upgrades and applying patches to ensure the Oracle HCM Cloud environment is up to date with the latest features and bug fixes.
• Supporting data migration, data loads, and data extraction processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of system administrator experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and data migration
• SQL and Power BI reporting experience required
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• SSO setup and troubleshooting required.
