We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. With your expertise in HR and recruitment, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company by ensuring we have a strong and capable workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing online job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments and evaluations, assessing qualifications, skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand through the development of compelling job descriptions, recruitment marketing materials, and participating in employer branding initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment and HR, conducting market research and competitive analysis to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, and maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully recruiting for a variety of positions across different levels and departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to effectively utilize various sourcing channels and tools to attract top talent.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and driving continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred but not required.
