Senior HR Executive Job in Thane at CG Resettlement

Responsibilities:

• Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites and SM platforms.
• Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
• Interviewing shortlisted individuals.
• Selecting the most suitable candidates.
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
• Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
