Vertoz is hiring for the role of Senior HR Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting,  performance evaluations, and development planning.
  
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  
• Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  

• Design, develop, and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training priorities across different departments.
  
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to create tailored training plans aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics analysis, making adjustments as necessary.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Proven experience working in HR roles, with a focus on learning and development preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and learning management systems (LMS).
  
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
