Acko is hiring for the role of Senior HR Business Partner!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with business teams and line managers and act as a trusted advisor on all people  related topics and best practices to create initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture
• Design and Implement Talent management frameworks to enable  positive impact on business performance
• Understand  employee needs and enhance the employee experience in collaboration with CoE functions
• Create and deploy innovative HR solutions that improve engagement and performance
• Work with lead HRBP and Talent Management to establish career development paths and performance enhancement programs
• Conduct data-driven analysis. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Leverage data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make informed recommendations
• Facilitate employee engagement program in the business and central function
• Implement engagement surveys and analyze results to drive improvements. Drive improvement areas along with the employee champion group
• Act as a resource for employees addressing their concerns and facilitating problem-solving

Requirements:

• PGDM/MBA from Tier 1 institute
• 2-4 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience or from HR consulting background
• Ability to deep dive into people challenges, identify the problem statement and convert them into solutions using design thinking
• Strong networking, influencing and relationship building across levels
• Has Business acumen, Digital agility and People advocacy
• Ability to manage multiple, prioritize, plan and execute people programs in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to function independently as well as work within a team
