Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from product, brand, and business teams to refine Creative briefs and provide unique & innovative design solutions
• Conceptualize and design branding material, adhering to brand guidelines and creating exceptional designs addressing the brief
• Take ownership and work as a designer independently - manage deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
• Work with Practo partners on spatial design for physical units/healthcare establishments

Requirements:

• A user-centric mindset with a creative, innovative, and analytical approach
• Working knowledge of creating infographics and data visualization techniques
• Knowledge in video creation/editing and aptitude for art direction
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Good grasp of spatial design for retail units
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• 3-6 years of relevant experience - developing a variety of marketing collaterals (brochures, newsletters, flyers, banners, business presentations, animated presentations, videos, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma & Canva
