ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is hiring for the job role of Senior Financial Service Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Liaise with partner staff and build effective relationships to maximize the business opportunity.
• Provide knowledge about the products and support partner staff through training for generating new business.
• Guide the partner staff through training to understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to customers
• Provide training to partner staff to equip them to sell insurance products to customers and assist in revenue generation.
• Provide assistance in servicing existing customers, solve their queries and concerns, and ensure the quality of business is maintained consistently.
• Enable insurance business through partners aligned to all business quality metrics.
• Exercise due diligence to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions.
• Broader knowledge of Secondary market(Equity, Debt, Asset Allocation, Mutual fund, Taxation and basic Excel functions.

Requirements:

• Graduation or post-graduation from any stream
• MBA Graduate freshers or candidates with experience of 0 - 2 years
