HUL is hiring for the role of Senior Finance Manager – ZBB!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Reporting to the Finance Director F4G, and directly working with Global Performance Management, BG F4G leads, BU F4G leads, Media and Procurement teams.
• Reporting of ZBB Savings program OTIF: accountable for running monthly governance to monitor and manage the state of health on key operational metrics, identify hot spots and drive corrective actions, and partner BG, BU, Procurement, and Media teams on delivery of savings
• Ensuring governance (savings backed by details and approved by markets) and bankability of savings reported by partnering with functional experts. Conduct annual ZBB training for various teams across the globe
• Partnering with Consulting Investment Decision Group on the need for consulting, tracking financials with hygiene, coordinating bi-monthly CIDG CSO connects, and Live tracking of savings promised to CIDG vs savings delivered via F4G programs every month.
• Partnering with Travel and Entertainment Cost segment owners, drive insights on Financials and non-financials KPIs. Highlight R&O to leadership to ensure corrective actions can be taken on time. Partner Procurement, Strategy Director, WPS leadership.
