Senior Field Engineer Job in Malda at Jio

Jio is hiring for the role of Senior Field Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain the network by the availability of network elements in Jio centers
• Analyze network availability gap and take actions
• Conduct a drive test and on the basis of analysis, create the action plan
• Ascertain timely delivery of material at sites
• Check key network performance indicators and take corrective measures
• Conduct acceptance tests and quality audits on a regular basis
• Lead and supervise field engineers to ensure desired productivity
• Identify vulnerable operational fiber routes
• Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across all systems / tools
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deployment of network elements
• Carry out periodic site surveys for new sites and capacity expansion
• Alarm closure for network elements by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with maintenance points and field repair technicians to ensure network uptime
• Validate & ensure timely closure of open actions against trouble tickets received from the Network Operations Center
• Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plan and carry out joint field survey to verify route, equipment, and structure
• Release final design for construction in compliance with engineering and business guidelines
• Release capacity augmentation and change request plan as required to continue execution
