Motorola Solutions is hiring for the role of Senior Field Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to System Customers in India
- Resolve problems, and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
