CoinDCX is hiring for the role of Senior Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Design and create comprehensive training materials, including manuals & training videos
•  Update training content to reflect changes in products and services
• Work closely with managers/ TL’s/ SME’s to identify training needs and priorities
•  Create Process note for all product/ process related updates and conduct training for both internal and external team
• Conduct training sessions for new hires
• Conduct TNI & refresher session based on audit observations
• Conduct Process update training for both internal & external team
• Incorporate various training strategies such as lectures, role-playing, and scenario-based sessions & self learning
• Maintain training tracker, participant attendance, and assessment results
• Track PKT & DIP Check scores
• Share pre and post analysis score post refresher
• Share monthly assessment score with internal & external teams 

Requirements:

• Any Graduate + TTT certification is preferred
• Min 3 yrs of experience in L&D 
• Should be having at least 3+yrs of experience
• Must be well versed with LMS Platform
• Should have handled a team and has ability to drive soft skills training
• Should be able to do TNI (Training Need Analysis)
