Seclore is hiring for the role of Senior Executive - Talent Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Human Resources administration for employees.
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Collect feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and resolving HR-related queries and issues. Proactively address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events, fostering a positive and fun work culture. Improve employee experience and engagement through different touchpoints and communication channels.
• Strategizing new interventions for Employee Engagement.
• Ensuring Floor coverage by self and team to understand the pulse.
• Provide support in HR audits.
• Drive HR processes and assigned HR projects that will deliver effective and relevant people services.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders & other departments.
• Recognize the needs of the project, and follow up frequently to collect information. 

Requirements:

• Having a good understanding of IT/software skills and technology trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), understanding of HRMS like Zoho
• Tech-savvy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have an eye for detail, customer customer-focused and demonstrate a high level of integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong team player acts like an owner and ultimately focuses on delivering results with high standards.
