CorroHealth is hiring for the role of Senior Executive- Talent Acquisition!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and generate recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
