Tata 1MG is hiring for the role of Senior Executive -Purchase and Planning!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Purchase order management: Creating and managing purchase orders and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Inventory management: Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that there are no stock-outs.
• Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the procurement process.
• Knowledge of regulations: Staying up to date on regulations related to purchasing, such as tax laws.
• Sourcing: Sourcing and identifying new suppliers to ensure that the company has access to the best quality products at competitive prices.
• Negotiation: Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms while maintaining quality standards.
• Vendor Management: Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
• Supplier performance monitoring: Monitoring supplier performance and taking corrective action if needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma (Preferable) with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
• Technical skills (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills
• Vendor management skills
