CoinDCX is hiring for the role of Senior Executive: Public Policy!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze economic implications of VDA regulations in India and globally, identifying trends and potential impact on the market.
• Develop and propose economic policies that support the growth and stability of the VDA sector, while considering broader financial system implications.
• Conduct in-depth research on global economic trends in blockchain and VDAs, providing strategic insights to guide policy development.
• Draft and revise policy documents, reports, and briefs that articulate economic perspectives on VDAs.
• Collaborate with various teams within CoinDCX, including public relations and compliance, to align economic strategies with organizational goals.
• Represent CoinDCX in networking events, discussions, and policy roundtables, providing economic expertise in the field of blockchain and VDAs.
• Produce thought leadership content, including articles and whitepapers, to contribute to the discourse on VDAs and blockchain economics.

Requirements:

• Economics/Finance (or other related) Degree: Must possess a degree in Economics or a related field (including Mathematics and Statistics) from a reputable institution
• Experience in Economic Policy: 0-2 years of experience in economic policy analysis or consulting, preferably in finance, technology, or related sectors. If a candidate has completed a postgraduate degree in economics, finance, public policy, or a related field, the work experience requirement does not apply, with consideration additionally given to relevant internship experience
• Proficiency in English: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Team Collaboration and Communication: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team and excel in public speaking engagements and the ability to articulate complex policy issues to different stakeholders
• Advanced Education: A postgraduate degree in economics, public policy, or a relevant field is highly advantageous
• Interest in Blockchain and VDAs: Demonstrated interest or experience in blockchain technology and Virtual Digital Assets
• Public Writing and Research: A portfolio of publications or research papers showcasing expertise in economics, policy, blockchain, or VDAs
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex economic data and trends, and translate them into strategic policy recommendations
• Adaptability: A strong adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
