Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Senior Executive (PL - Emerging)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Meeting and exceeding business goals/targets in various products, including Loans and Insurance (bundled and non-bundled) through lead fulfilment and field activity on the existing database.
• Managing, controlling, and owning all channel businesses.
• Recruiting, retaining, managing, and building a productive team of off-roll employees.
• Maintaining delinquency on the portfolio in line with the product segment.
• Addressing customer escalations and complaints.
• Monitoring and measuring key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.
• Engaging with credit, operations, and risk teams.

Requirements:

• Graduates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in direct or channel sales in loans. Experience in insurance is an added advantage
• Excellent team handling and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to recruit FOS (Field Officers) through different channels
• Proficient in data management and MS Office
• A strong team leader capable of managing the team and achieving set targets
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter attitude
