Tata 1mg is hiring for the role of Senior Executive: Pharmacy Supply Chain!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for Key Account management & Post Delivery complaints.
- Maintain data reports- NDR, Cancellation and Customer escalations.
- Prepare bi-weekly reports of open sales return orders for reconciliation.
- Maintain the overall 3PL performance reports to monitor the SLA Metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience across logistics operational elements in the supply chain management (First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last mile operations)
- Experience with the functionality of the Client panel provided by the Logistics provider.
- Proficient in Advanced MS Excel
- Performance Management
- Communication Proficiency
- Graduate with +1 year of experience in Logistics services/Ecommerce Supply chain platforms.
