Senior Executive- Performance Marketing Job in Gurgaon at Tata 1MG Technologies Private Limited

upGrad is hiring for the role of Senior Executive- Performance Marketing!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

i. Campaign Management:

• Launch, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns across digital platforms like Google, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliates.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns on major paid channels such as Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, and Meta ads.

ii. Vendor Management:

• Share daily and monthly validation reports with vendors.
• Verify vendor invoices and liaise with the finance team for timely processing.
• Optimize vendor performance by providing accurate and insightful feedback.

iii. Reporting:

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for all performance marketing channels.
• Analyze campaign results to develop actionable recommendations for optimization.

iv. Tracking and Attribution:

• Partner with the MMP team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution of campaign performance.

v. Creative Optimization:

• Collaborate with the design team to optimize creative strategies for improved campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives to evaluate performance.
• Document and analyze test results for future reference and strategy improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in executing performance marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
