redBus is hiring for the role of Senior Executive - ORM!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Meet social media quality standards
- Provide timely responses and effective resolutions to a range of customer inquiries/complaints raised on social media and follow them up to a final resolution
- Resolve conflicts between vendors and customers by helping them arrive at a satisfactory conclusion
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to close the issues at the earliest
- Deliver high-class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 2 to 4 years
- Language preference: Telugu & English Must (Hindi & Kannada Optional)
- Problem-Solving Approach and Conflict Management.
- Customer Expectation Management.
