Happay is hiring for the role of Senior Executive- Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Part of Recon and Chargeback team
- Ensure daily reconciliation of GLs with CMS balances
- Timely closure of all customer complaints related to card transactions
- Regular reporting to bank as agreed frequency and during timelines
- Ensure automation and process improvisation to ensure smooth functioning of recon and chargeback operations.
- Regular meetings with bank smooth process
Requirements:
- 3- years of work experience in Recon & Chargeback Operations
- Graduate or Post Graduate in finance & accounting from universities.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory)
- Proficient in MS applications to ensure analysis, reporting & documentation)
- Experience in fintech/banking is a plus
