Peak Alpha is hiring for the role of Senior Executive Operations!

Responsibilities of th Candidate:

• Handle customer and internal queries related to transaction status, account statements, etc.
• Execute investments and related transactions for clients.
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Process application forms for mutual funds, insurance, and other transactions, including scrutinizing, scanning, data entry, and dispatching within deadlines.
• Ensure 100% system adherence by monitoring TATs and SLAs at each customer interaction point.
• Reconcile all transactions daily to maintain accuracy.
• Manage MIS for tracking and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
• Exposure to dashboard management is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Proven customer service experience with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
• Deep sense of responsibility and ownership, operating independently, flexibly, and proactively.
• Ability to engage with people and build high-quality relationships.
