Vodafone Idea Limited is hiring for the role of Senior Executive: IT Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- wn the tasks allocated and drive to the closure of the task within the agreed time line.
- Ensure the Incidents/SRs/PBIs assigned are resolved within the SLA.
- Work in association with the operations team, implementation of operational demands, server/application health monitoring.
- Suggest and implement service improvements.
- Work in collaboration with dev/test/environment team for the delivery of the projects.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in IAM technologies, OIM/OAM/OBIR/ODI etc.
- Application support experience.
- Experience in working in Agile /Scrum Devops model.
- Experience in automation technologies.
Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Good knowledge about any of the IAM technologies, OIM/SOA/OSB etc.
- UNIX/SQL/PLSQL/Java Knowledge
- More than 1 years of Application Operations experience.
- Excellent knowledge in customer and technical communication
