Senior Executive - Inventory Management Job in Lucknow at Flipkart

Flipkart is hiring for the role of 'Senior Executive'!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily inbound activities, including verification of incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• They will ensure that quality checks are conducted as per defined standards and that any discrepancies in quantity or quality are promptly reported and resolved.
• Proper documentation and record maintenance for inward entries, stock registers, and ERP or inventory systems will be a core responsibility.
• Additionally, the candidate will assist in scheduling inbound deliveries, coordinating unloading operations, and optimizing storage allocation to avoid congestion or delays.
• Supporting audits, maintaining compliance with internal processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards in the inbound area will also be part of the role.
• The candidate is expected to provide operational support to the warehouse and procurement teams, help in inventory reconciliation, and contribute to improving inbound efficiency through better planning and reporting. Basic data analysis and preparation of daily or weekly inbound reports will be required.

Requirements:

• BSc Agri holder with Good communication and basic excel skills
• Bachelor's Degree: BSc agriculture
