Senior Executive - Holidays Supply Job in Gurgaon at MakeMyTrip (MMT)

MakeMyTrip is hiring for the role of Senior Executive - Holiday Supply!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Extending exceptional efforts to ensure MakeMytrip can attain and maintain a market leadership position in your assigned market.
• Identifying market opportunities, developing strategies, and implementing plans to effectively seize the moment and ensure we achieve/exceed supply and production targets.
• Collaborating with partners in the portfolio and providing expertise, metrics, analysis, and recommendations based on the industry's best practices.
• Reviewing monthly production reports and providing feedback to hotels and vendors, planning and executing market visits, and review meetings (Virtually + in person) to discuss monthly performance.
• Building review reports, sharing insights on the market with the property owners/ managers, and comp-set analysis to drive growth for the unit.
• Ensuring adequate inventory availability and price competitiveness throughout the year.
• Networking, Deal initiating, negotiation & closing deals with partners.
• Strategizing to market the properties in a better way.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in related roles
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed for business development opportunities
• Knowledge of Domestic & Short Haul destinations is a must
