Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Implement employer branding campaigns across digital and offline channels in coordination with stakeholders, creative agencies, and vendors.
- Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and employee communication.
- Curate employee stories, testimonials, and event highlights while maintaining a content calendar.
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and monitoring on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Glassdoor.
- Plan and execute employer branding events, including employee engagement activities, recruitment drives, and campus programs.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and vendors for event coverage.
- Collaborate with creative resources to ensure content aligns with branding goals.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvement.
Requirements:
- Skills in real estate, content development, and social media execution.
- Experience in managing campaigns and events is preferred but not mandatory.
