Liebherr is hiring for the role of Senior Executive - EHS!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Identify potential risk in environmental, health, and safety hazards within the Complete plant /factory & Office and conduct risk assessments to evaluate and mitigate risks
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent reoccurrence
• Provide EHS training and education to employees and management to increase awareness and understanding of EHS policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain safety programs, including emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and safety drills.
• Oversee environmental initiatives, such as waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability efforts, to minimize the organization’s environmental impact.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of EHS incidents, training sessions, inspections and other relevant data. Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to ensure compliance and prepare reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies, representing the company during EHS inspections and audits.
• Oversee EHS requirements for contractors and vendors working on-site to ensure their compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare & manage the EHS budget, including identifying cost-effective solutions for EHS initiatives and equipment purchases

Requirements:

• Graduate from reputed College in any stream
• Diploma in Environmental Health and Safety
• Experience in Automatic PLC Controlled machinery manufacturing
• Must have hands of experience Electrical, Hydraulic & Mechanical & Testing of same.
• Must be able to read Electrical & Mechanical Assembly Drawing
• Can carry out Prototype assembly as per drawing
• Develop Electrical Panel assembly
• Check Electrical circuit, Panel Wiring & can be able to trace out the problems & faults
• Good in English communication
• Working in coordination with expats is added advantage ​​​​​​​
