Justdial is hiring for the role of Senior Executive - Dialer Operation!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Creating agents, and mapping agents to campaigns on the dialer
- Doing Campaign creation
- Ensuring Data monitoring on the dialer
- Doing PRI and telecom resource monitoring
- Preparing reports
- Doing Weekly and Monthly dialer maintenance
- Ensuring Vendor coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in any predictive dialer
- Sound knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of any database
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows OS and networking, telecom
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
