Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieving business numbers with the assigned line of channels (Basis location and market potential).
• People Management (Off roll) – Hiring, Retention & Productivity.
• Sales Governance through compliance of systems and processes.
• Responsible for tracking, managing & controlling PDD requirement compliance
• Reduction in customer complaints & cancellations by ensuring that no miss-selling is being done.
• Understanding of CRM – Salesforce.com.
• Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, Risk & within 2W/3W teams.
• To ensure TAT is maintained for case processing.

Requirements:

• Qualifications – Graduate / Post Graduate
• Good command of Excel is essential.
• Work Experience – 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team
• Result-oriented - Go-getter attitude is a must
• Should have a collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
• Excellent Team management & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent command over communication skills.
