Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and oversee the debt collection process for a portfolio of accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize debt recovery.
• Negotiate and settle outstanding debts with customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all debt collection activities.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing debt collection.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless debt collection process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in debt management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
