Senior Executive Creative/Graphic Designer Internship in Gurgaon at WPP

WPP is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Robust design and photo-videography skills and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Preferably: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) /Canva. 
• A strong visual portfolio that includes graphic design work, photography, and video work(preferable). 
• Able to work on multiple projects such as social media, events (photobooths, banners), and comms collaterals such as posters, infographics, etc. simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Solid attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• An affinity for corporate-style creative work.
• Experience with corporate branding guidelines and best practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients.
• Should be adept at designing independently.
• Should be able to construct logos, design decks, create graphics, prepare newsletters, posters, flip books, etc.

Requirements:

• Creative, diplomatic, and calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (CS3 to CC), Adobe After Effects (CS3 to CC), Adobe Illustrator (CS3 to CC), Adobe Dreamweaver (CS3 to CC), Adobe Flash (CS3 to CC), and Canva is required.
• Basic Understanding of copy and grammar in Hindi and English(preferred).
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships easily.
• Great communication skills and ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
• Confident in building relationships.
• Team player who can work effectively with teammates and other members in the wider agency. 
• Methodical and organized. 
• High attention to detail.
