Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing contracts.
• Reviewing and monitoring the performance of team members on an ongoing basis and providing requisite developmental support/ inputs.
• Recommending training as required for team member development.
• Developing his team and other relevant internal and external stakeholders, updating their knowledge base to cater to the organizational needs.
• Identifying and grooming team members for higher responsibilities.
• Working hard and doing what it takes to get results and meet deadlines. Takes accountability and works well in a cross-functional team.
• Writing, speaking, and listening effectively- Writes, speaks, and presents information effectively, clearly, and with brevity. Communicates to improve understanding, decision-making, and performance.

• Extract obligations as per published business rules/guidelines.
• Experience in legal automation.
