CBRE is hiring for the role of Senior Executive Compliance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Vendor labor compliance audit experience.
• Experience in Internal Process Audit related to real estate and facilities management.
• Support developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities within the organization.
• Provide training and familiarization to employees on compliance-related matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
• Prepare compliance reports for submission to regulatory bodies as required.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.
• Advise senior management on compliance-related matters and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
