Ixigo is hiring for the role of Senior Executive - Brand Communications!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain UX & UI communication for all ixigo products and apps, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Execute content marketing activities, including creating transactional emails, retargeting campaigns, push notifications, and release notes.
• Craft customer service templates, help center text, and other customer experience (CX) content to support seamless customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with product, marketing, and customer service goals.
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for accuracy, consistency, and tone of voice.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in English, Journalism, or Mass Communication.
• 2-4 years of experience in content writing or content development.
• Strong writing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
• High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and collaborate with different departments.
• Strong research skills with a knack for editing and proofreading content.
