Responsibility of the Candidate:

• As a Senior Executive for Supply Growth Acquisition, you will identify and acquire high-quality properties that align with StayVista’s standards.
• Your focus will be driving regional supply growth through strategic acquisitions to enhance the brand’s portfolio.
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll streamline the acquisition process from property identification to integration, ensuring each addition supports StayVista’s growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Identify and acquire high-quality properties that meet StayVista’s brand and operational standards.
• Conduct market research to assess acquisition opportunities and industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders to secure new properties.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the property onboarding process effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, marketing) to ensure smooth integration of new properties.
• Monitor the performance of newly acquired properties and ensure they meet StayVista’s quality and operational goals.
• Provide regular updates on acquisition progress and contribute to strategic decision-making.
