Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process, from invoice generation to collection.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends to improve cash flow and profitability.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable specialists.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage and improve collection efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or NetSuite, is a plus.
