Senior Executive - Accounts Job in Gurgaon at Awiros

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Financial Management & Accounting:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime
• Prepare trial balance, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations

2. Statutory Compliance

• File GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9) and manage input tax credit reconciliation
• Handle TDS calculation, deductions, filing, and issuance of TDS certificates
• Manage PF & ESI contributions, settlements, and monthly filings
• Handle Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) compliance and submissions
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely statutory compliance

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analyses, and budget tracking
• Create financial dashboards in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
• Support financial planning activities and provide insights to senior management

4. Administrative Duties

• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and audit support files
• Supervise and mentor junior accounts staff as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP (3–5 years minimum)
• Advanced Excel proficiency — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, LWF, and statutory compliance
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/trading setup preferred
• Exposure to multi-location accounting operations is a plus
• Familiarity with Labour Laws, Income Tax provisions, and Company Law basics
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

PREFERRED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• CA Inter / CMA Inter or Diploma in Taxation is an added advantage
• Experience with ERP systems beyond Tally
• Exposure to internal audits and financial controls
• Experience in board-level financial reporting
