HCL Tech is hiring for the role of Senior Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collecting, collating, and publishing projector program reports to various stakeholders (within and outside HCL)
- Coordinating all periodic reviews, preparing MOMs, and Tracking to closure of all action items
- Monitoring project health status and timely reporting on all aspects
- Tracking progress on the implementation of best practices, processes, and standards or tools
- Executing resource management plan as defined by delivery managers (execute onboarding, training and resource release, BRQs, etc.)
- Facilitating maintenance of the central repository for all deliverables
Requirements:
- Candidate must have completed his graduation in B. Tech (Engineering)
- Must have a minimum of work experience between 0 to 2.5 years
- Must have a strong understanding of the SAP Basis database monitoring system and support
- Must have strong communication skills and leadership qualities
