Godrej & Boyce is hiring for the role of Senior Executuve!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Share supply plan to Vendors & get commitments
• Ensure vendor capacity assessment and allocation of jobs to vendors
• Release/Amend Open Purchase Order periodically
• Record keeping of Quotations.
• Plan of J/W components based on JW capacity
• Adhere tp JW Challan(57F4) in Infor
• Maintain JW tracking file
• Closure of 57F4 ,JW Reconciliation (ITC 04)
• Plan of Milk Run Vehicle's schedule/Optimization the Milk run
• Track transportation costs and taking measures to keep the cost under control
• On time MIS of logistics
• Monitor & set the Limit /Buffers of JW components
• Work on capital management through analysis of non-moving inventory
• Organizational Initiatives: Ensuring all B.E Initiatives ,TPM, IMS disciplines, Adherence to Legal compliances
• Co-Ordinate with process owner to complete the Initiatives taken in B.E Councils (Ex-PMRS, L3 Process, KMP)
• Closure of OFI or NC from each function
• Ensure 100% Compliance with Legal requirements
• Adhere to ITR, SIT, Infor Hygiene, GSTR2A Reconciliation
• Submit of punched bills to Finance after verification
• Raise Debit Note through Purchase Return Order
• Get Credit Note from Supplier and submit it to Finance
• Resolve the Infor errors or issues with help of Process Champions / Infor Consultant
• Final Inbound activities to be done from end user to clear SIT, Resolve error from process champion (If any)
• Analyze the data(GSTR2A) received from Corporate
• Ask supplier to align with GST Compliance
• Collate the data (GSTR2A) and get it verified from Finance

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification is Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• Degree / Diploma in (Mechanical / Production) Engineering is preferable
• Experience of 2 years for Degree in Engineering & 4 years for Diploma in Engineering is preferrable
• Essential skills like communication skill, negotiation Skill, microsoft Excel, analytical Skills, ERP Knowledge (LN Infor) etc. are plus
