Mahindra is hiring for the role of Senior Engineer: Thermal!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Coordinate with CFT to meet the system specifications.
- Capture VOC, and RWUP as per project needs and ensure their implementation in system design, and DVPs.
- Review the CMVR /homologation regulations periodically to ensure the acceptance criteria.
- Do benchmarking analysis, VAVE idea implementation in systems for weight Cost reduction.
- Coordinate with CFT for tracking the development activities to resolve the issues.
- Coordinate with the testing team to complete the tests as per DVPs and Issue closures
- Work with CFT on build-based interface/quality issues closure of FTR.
- Work with Plant CFT for ECN process and Change implementations
- Ensure project execution through the Mahindra Product development system starts from (Strategic Intent, Concept Validation
Requirements:
- B Tech (Mechanical/Automobile)
- 3+ Years of experience
