Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Senior Engineer (Structural Design)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Preparation of Class drawings and getting Class approvals.
- Preparation of structural BoM.
- Making 3D structural model of the ship complying with all Class requirements.
- Extraction of production drawings.
- Excellent academic record
- All round capability to take on future responsibility
- Checking 3D model and confirming system completeness and compliance with Class / Client requirements.
- Design of heavy foundations and integration of special equipment/ appendages like fin stabilizers, Rudders, A/P brackets etc. with the ship structures.
Requirements:
- Qualification(s): M.E Naval Architecture/ Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering
- Basic and/or detailed structural design of ships
