Rucha Engineering 2.0 is hiring for the role of Senior Engineer QA (Fixture Maintenance)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist in cost reduction in tool/fixture maintenance.
- Coordinate with the production & maintenance team for tooling concerns.
- Be responsible for replaceable plan follow-ups.
- Ensure that production is not hampered by Tooling/Fixtures.
- Maintain proper record of maintenance of tools & fixtures as per PM Plan.
Requirements:
- Education: DME / BE (Mechanical)
- Skills and Work Experience:
- Knowledge of Setting up & Correction of Fixture Tooling.
- Knowledge of Dies Molds & all types of fixtures.
- Knowledge of Inspection Method.
- Record & Maintenance of fixtures
- Years of Experience: 3+
