Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Senior Engineer Outsourcing (SFU)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Finalizing in-house NDE, surface treatment, and MHE contracts
- Finalizing machining/forming/rolling contracts
- Procuring of FOS items (including Industrial Gases, Abrasives, PPEs etc.)
- Procuring of Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance-related items
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
- Understanding of finance & business
- Awareness of different Market Trends
- Knowledge of ISO & QA Manual Requirements
- Vendor development
- Vendor management
- Customs/Government policies & procedures
- Flexibility/Resouce management/versatility
- Awareness of vendor database
- Knowledge of MS Office & ERP
- Material Movement - Transport
