Qualcomm is hiring for the role of Senior Engineer - Display Processor!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design and development of algorithms and competitive analysis for display technologies.
- Deliver C/C++ and software models of the display processor required for algorithm development and validation.
- Work with hardware design and verification teams to verify the processor’s functionality, performance, and bring-up.
Requirements:
- Required: Bachelors (Electrical & Computer Engineering and related).
- Preference: Masters (Electrical & Computer Engineering and related).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong background in signal processing and image processing/computer vision.
- Solid understanding of embedded computer architecture – image/video processing hardware.
- Strong programming skills and experience in C/C++ and Python.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML, involving Deep Learning frameworks for computer vision.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and
- 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
- Experience required: 3 to 6 years.
