Senior Engineer- CAD Software Job in Bangalore at Arm Technologies

ARM Technologies is hiring for the role of Senior Engineer - CAD Software!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and define algorithm and automation for optimization of floorplan, placement, clock-tree, voltage scaling and ECO recovery to deliver leading performance with the smallest power and area.
• The goal is to infuse innovative statistical, analytical algorithms and machine learning methodologies to develop and refine performance bottlenecks.
• The suitable candidate will be able to analyze the requirements, define and develop CAD solution including external EDA tools integration.
• Proficiency with one or more domains of technodes, PG grid, synthesis, place and route, timing, power is desired.

Requirements:

• Strong coding proficiency in languages Python, C, Tcl for algorithm development and scripting.
• Strong algorithms, data structures and optimization technologies and experience with CAD methodologies for PPA optimization. Data analytics, dashboards and metrics development desired.
• Integrate EDA tools into automation framework, qualify and release.
• Proficiency with version control systems like git, distributed processing, and disk management.
• Ability to work with evolving problem statements and solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, team spirit and effective collaboration with multi-functional teams.
