Hero MotoCorp Limited is hiring for the role of Senior Engineer - Backend!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, ideate, architect and develop backend components for web and mobile applications
• Create server-side logic and databases
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Follow processes and standards prescribed
• Implement security and data protection policies
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders
• Write technical documentation
• Manage a team of 3 to 4 individuals

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA
• 3-5 years of experience in related domain
• Strong knowledge and development experience in Core Java, J2EE, RESTful Web Services Hibernate, Spring, MVC, WSDL, and Microservices
• Strong knowledge of Databases like MySQL, Oracle, COSMOS
• Proficient in Highly scalable system architecture designs
• Knowledge of cloud such as Azure, AWS
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Experience within scrum teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Develop and maintain documentation of the microservices architecture, including design patterns, best practices, and coding standards
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/GitHub
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Jira, Postman, Visual Studio
• Familiarity with Database Performance Optimization & Monitoring
