Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Apply deep technical expertise to design, develop, and implement complex solutions and systems
• Solve complex problems with innovative and effective solutions
• Lead the design and development phases of projects, ensuring alignment with goals
• Participate in code/design reviews and discussions to maintain code quality and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior team members, aiding in their skill development
• Provide technical leadership by making important decisions and setting technical direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced skills and deep understanding of field-specific principles and concepts
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and new technologies
• Deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, standards, and best practices
